Experienced pediatrician specializing in pediatric gynecology, family counseling, and empathetic support for highly sensitive children and their parents.
My passion for pediatrics began during my nursing internship and my time as a nursing assistant at the Children's Hospital Zurich. I started engaging with this field scientifically early on, through my master's thesis and dissertation in pediatric infectious diseases.
After passing my state board exams at the University of Zurich, I first built a broad foundation in internal medicine at the Affoltern Hospital. I then continued my pediatric training at the Triemli City Hospital and the Children's Hospital Zurich. While working in a group practice in Solothurn, I discovered my particular joy for primary pediatric care and office-based medicine.
My training includes emergency medicine, neonatology, oncology, nephrology, infectious diseases, and developmental pediatrics. As a senior physician at the Triemli City Hospital, I also gained experience in teaching and managed a specialized clinic in collaboration with the infectious disease department at the Children's Hospital Zurich.
